Downton Abbey : Season 2 - Trailer

i am so excited that Downton Abbey starts in just a few hrs. i love period peices and this one might rate right up there with the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice on my list of faves. the 1st season was wonderful and this season looks as though it is going to be just good. it's on in 2hrs and 50 min! happy sunday!!

my creating space

jd and i talk to jake every monday night. so mondays are always wonderful. last night jake asked me if i would take pictures of all of the rooms in our little house. it is so nice to know that he misses home. today i started with my creating space and i thought i would share it here. so here are some pics of where i love to create.

i love all of these yummy kaffe fabrics. the colors and patterns always inspire me.

anna marie horner, denyse schmidt, heather ross and micheal miller are some of my other faves. can you tell i love polka dots? it just makes me so happy to look at them!

and this bad boy is going to be turned into a pillow soon.

i feel so blessed to have a room completely dedicated to creating! thanks so much for visiting and happy tuesday!

janurary guest designer at jbs

i am so very excited and honored to be the guest designer for this month's jbs mercantile kits! it is no secret that jenni is one of my favorite designers so this is somewhat of a dream come true!
the janurary kits are all full of such wonderful goodies and the colors are scrumptious.

here are my layouts:

i used both the main kit and the artisan kit for this page. there are a generous amount of embellishments in both of these kits and they work so well together.

this page was done using mostly the artisan kit.

and for this page i used the antiquarian kit. this kit rocks!!
