scripture memory time

i look forward to the first and fifteenth of every month because it means i have memorized another scripture and it is time to begin a new one. check out beth's blog if you are interested and here for information on the siesta scripture memory team.

this is my memory verse for june 15,2011:


with our verse, beth wanted us to finish this sentence: memorizing God's Word this year has...
and my answer was: memorizing God's Word this year has definitely made my prayer life better. especially when i pray for jake! prayer seems so much more powerful when you give God's Word back to Him.

For the word of God is living and active. Hebrews 4:12

    Hi Julie,
    I love the 1st and the 15th too!!! My verse was
    1 John 2:5
    "But if anyone obeys His Word,
    God's love is truly made complete in him."
    I am still praying for Jake! Things are going much better with Anthony! Thank God and thank you for your prayers!!
